Some of the branch are very good and their customer service is not bad either.

StanbicIBTC, Specialist Hospital Road, Gwagwalada, Abuja: This StanbicIBTC branch failed. I got there, the outer environment was small, not knowing that the banking hall was smaller. It was so tight that the banking hall windows was flunged open. The Airconditioner was not visible nor delivering at all. To make it worse, there was no CCO on seat to attend to the large number of angry looking customers surounding the customer care section. So stuffy that I could not breathe. I turned back and left in less than ten seconds that I came in. Thank God the security man gave me a drop of hand sanitizer on entry.
